Because of what we sell, we cannot accept any returns of our products. If there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with your product, please contact us so that we can attempt to make things right.
Refunds
Refunds requested before your product(s) ship (cancelled order) will be processed at time of cancellation.
If your product arrives damaged and you would like a refund, please send an e-mail to [email protected] with your order number and pictures of the damage. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] with your order number, pictures of the damage, and which item you would like an exchange for. There is no need to return the damaged item, please dispose of it as you see fit.
